Philosophy

Specialists get the job done, whether they are Physicians, Lawyers, Scientists, Public Servants, or Special Forces. They become specialists through years of mastering their craft and intense training.

Special leaders empower people to get the job done. They lead organizations with a clarity of vision, are driven by results, and build cultures where employees and customers thrive.

Imagine the potential when specialists become special leaders. They understand the job, which equips them to craft a pragmatic vision, set realistic goals, and foster empathetic cultures.

The Ganesha Group (TGG) transforms specialists into special leaders. We believe that special leaders not only drive results, but do it in a way that makes every teammate and their organizations better.

For us, special leaders balance visionary thinking with delivering results; speak less and listen more; are versatile and adaptable; are humble yet confident; and committed to serving others.

Specialists get the job done, but special leaders make magic happen. Barriers are broken, impossible becomes possible, people have fun, and the world becomes a better place to live.

For us, special leaders embody the essence of Ganesha – the elephant-headed Hindu God of the beginnings, and the leader of the people. An elephant possesses a commanding presence, yet is full of poise and grace. Gentle, yet fierce. With a big head – signifying deep thinking and wisdom, counterbalanced by small eyes on the side of the head, signifying peripheral vision and the ability to focus on what’s important. Large ears counterbalanced by a small mouth, symbolizing the importance of listening more than speaking. A big trunk and the two tusks, versatile tools to create a path for others. Further, Ganesha rides a mouse, symbolizing humility.

our Approach

We focus on invoking the inner Ganesha in specialists to make them special leaders. We listen, assess and co-create.

LISTEN
We start by listening. Listening to your company’s vision, strategy and goals and understanding the people and leadership challenges you are facing. We listen to your leaders – and their perspectives. Our goal is to separate the problem from the symptoms you’re experiencing. Long-term results only occur when you solve the right problems.

ASSESS
We use industry leading assessments such as Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, Eq-i 2.0, DISC and others to understand individual and team capabilities and gaps to identify where to focus.

CO-CREATE
Success comes with the right execution. We partner closely with your leaders in one-on-one and team settings to co-create the skills and capabilities needed to execute your vision.
